Company Policy for Custom Products/ Printing:

Clients will receive a draft of their design within 3-4 days of order being placed. Client must approve final draft before order is finalized.
If client decides to cancel order after receiving drafts, proofs, or test prints ...company will retain 40% of the total order in order to cover design fees and/or replace products.
